Ms. Barkett is the Chief Operating Officer at NorthStar Anesthesia where she focuses on provider recruitment, ongoing client operations across NorthStar’s national footprint, and acquisition growth strategy. Prior to joining NorthStar, Ms. Barkett served as a Vice President at Cranemere, a permanent capital holding company. Prior to Cranemere, she spent over ten years at the Advisory Board Company in a variety of roles including corporate strategy, Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO, and Revenue Cycle general management. She has an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer at NorthStar Anesthesia. Prior to joining NorthStar, she served as CFO of Ovation Fertility, a mission-oriented healthcare services company, where she led the organization through rapid growth and transformation. Ms. Gupta previously served as CFO of Marquee Dental Partners and in FP&A and Accounting leadership roles at R1-RCM. She began her career in India where she was a partner at a public accounting firm. She is a deep expert in all aspects of healthcare finance and accounting and has a strong track record of developing teams and building scale. Ms. Gupta is a CPA and Chartered Accountant and earned her Master’s of Accountancy at Loyola University in Chicago. She currently resides in Nashville with her husband and two children, which keeps her busy outside of work. In her downtime, she loves the company of good friends.

Dr. Roberts has spent nearly 20 years as a practicing physician and previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Physician Services and Chief Medical Officer for NorthStar's South Division. In his role as National Chief Medical Officer, he will oversee all physician services including staffing, recruiting, retention, and operational deployment of our teams.

Randy is NorthStar’s National Chief Anesthetist Officer. In this role, Randy oversees all CRNA services including staffing, recruiting, retention, and operational deployment of our teams. Randy has extensive experience in leadership development in the field of anesthesia care and has a proven track record for building strong leadership teams at the local and executive levels. He most recently served as the CEO of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), during which time he led significant transformational changes for the organization. A strong proponent of patient safety and clinical leadership, Randy has served on the Boards of the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation, Council on Surgical and Perioperative Safety, and the AANA. In addition to his clinical and healthcare management experience, Randy has over 22 years of military service in the US Army, Army Reserve, and Illinois National Guard. Prior to his retirement at the rank of Major, Randy served as an infantryman, combat medic, and as an active duty CRNA providing combat surgical care with the Forward Surgical Teams in Afghanistan. Randy has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The University of Alabama, an MBA from Southern Illinois University, an MSN (anesthesia concentration) from Bradley University, and a BSN from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Lumbley has 15 years of experience as a practicing physician and holds a master's degree in Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University. Dr. Lumbley was previously a fellow with the American Association for the Advancement of Science informing congressional health policy and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Physician Services and Chief Medical Officer for NorthStar's North Division. As National Chief Quality Officer, Dr. Lumbley will oversee the implementation and management of critical processes across NorthStar to drive successful outcomes for our patients, while also managing all CMS quality reporting.

Mr. Shin has been a trusted advisor to hospital executives and senior healthcare professionals for more than 25 years. As Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Shin will work closely with local and regional market teams to identify unique opportunities to expand NorthStar's client base around the country.

Graduating cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, Ms. Geary earned a BS in Business Administration/Accounting. She also attended Texas A&M University-Commerce where she earned a Masters of Business Administration degree. Ms. Geary is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Healthcare Compliance. She is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association. She has 30 years of progressive management, corporate accounting and compliance experience with an emphasis in business start-ups, venture capital and asset management.

Mr. Banks brings 25 years of healthcare IT and information security leadership experience to his role, including expertise in systems design, systems implementation, security policy, security operations management, and data center and cloud operations. He has built and managed diverse teams, integrated acquisitions, and led large-scale technology and security transformations, all while partnering with business leaders in healthcare to define and implement a technology strategy that supports organizational priorities. Eric oversees the IT and Information Security programs at NorthStar and works closely with leaders throughout NorthStar to show how technology can lead results and add tremendous value throughout the organization.

Chad is NorthStar’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he oversees all aspects of people, culture, and talent management. Chad has 15 years of strategic HR and leadership experience with deep expertise in recruiting, performance management, talent management, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, global HR, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and change management. He most recently led Human Capital for a major division at Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company. He has previously served in HR and recruiting leadership roles at the Advisory Board Company and KPMG. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and is based in Washington, DC.
